About NextPrep

A calmer way to get through NEET PG.

NextPrep is an independent study platform for medical graduates preparing for NEET PG. It exists because the preparation shouldn't feel like a panic.

Why we're building this

A calmer way to prepare starts with a simpler idea.

  1. 01 · The problem

Questions, from everywhere, and nothing connecting them.

Preparing for NEET PG often comes down to questions, then more questions, pulled from several apps and tabs, with notes scattered across notebooks and chat groups.

  2. 02 · The gap

    The loop around the questions.

The questions aren't the problem. What goes missing is the loop around them: knowing why you got one wrong, getting it back in front of you at the right time, and seeing over weeks whether you're actually improving. That's the part we want to get right.

  3. 03 · The idea

    One cycle, and nothing else.

So NextPrep is organised around one cycle: practise, understand, revise, measure, improve. Every screen belongs to one of those steps. If a feature doesn't help with one of them, it doesn't go in.

What we believe

Four principles we won't trade away.

How questions get made

Every question in NextPrep is written for NextPrep. We don't copy other platforms' question banks, and we don't reproduce examination papers. Each question has a stem, one best answer, a short explanation of the idea, and a reason for every option, because the wrong options are where most of the learning is.

The process we're building toward is simple: a question is drafted, checked against standard references, reviewed by a named person with the relevant expertise, and only then marked as reviewed. Each item carries a status and a version number so a correction is visible.

Where that stands today: the questions in the current build are drafted with AI assistance and edited by our team, but they have not yet been through independent expert review. Each carries a visible editorial status, which reads “sample” for most items today. We'd rather say that plainly than have you find out the hard way.

Our promises, in reverse

What we won't do.

  • Promise a rank, a score or a seat. Nobody honestly can.
  • Show you testimonials, user counts or success rates we can't back up.
  • Pretend to be connected to the examination authority. We aren't.
  • Sell your data or fill the product with advertising trackers.
  • Hide the review status of a question to make the bank look bigger.

Check us

Ask an AI what it knows about NextPrep.

The question we'll send
What is NextPrep (https://nextprep.cc), the NEET PG preparation platform? Summarise what it offers, who it is for, and what it does not do yet. Keep facts separate from guesses, and tell me where to verify anything important.

AI assistants can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters on this site. Model names and logos belong to their owners; NextPrep is not affiliated with them.

Common questions

Who is behind NextPrep?

A small founding team, building independently. We have not published founders' or reviewers' names yet, and the legal entity and registered address will be listed on the legal page before launch. We are not affiliated with NBEMS, the NMC or any examination authority, and we don't have access to the real papers.

Who writes the questions?

Today the questions, explanations, flashcards and guides are original material drafted with AI assistance and edited by our team. They have not yet been independently reviewed by medical faculty, and we say so on the pages that matter. The editorial policy explains how this will change.

Is NextPrep video-based?

No. We deliberately do not make video lectures. NextPrep is a practice and revision platform that works alongside whichever lectures or books you already use.

Why should I trust it?

You shouldn't have to take our word. Every answer shows its reasoning, including why each wrong option is wrong. We show sample sizes beside percentages, we publish what is not finished, and we make no promises about rank.

Why did you start NextPrep?

Preparation tends to be a pile of questions in several apps. We wanted one place built around the loop that matters: practise, understand, revise, measure and improve.

What is the editorial status of the content?

Each item carries an editorial status. Independent sign-off is shown only when it has been recorded against that item.

What will you never do?

We won't promise a rank or a seat, show testimonials or user counts we can't back up, claim any link to an examination authority, sell your data or run advertising trackers.

Does NextPrep use AI?

Yes, to help draft content, and people on our team decide what is published. AI-drafted medical text can be wrong while sounding confident, which is why we ask you to check important facts in standard textbooks.

Where is my data kept?

Your progress is stored in your own browser. There are no cloud accounts yet. The privacy policy lists exactly what reaches us, such as a newsletter email or a contact message.

How can I tell you something is wrong?

Use the Report a problem control under any question, or write through the contact page. We would rather fix a mistake than defend it.

Are you hiring faculty reviewers?

We plan to work with named, credentialed faculty for review, and will publish their names with their consent. If you would like to be considered, write to us through the contact page.
