Grievance redressal

If something has gone wrong and you are not satisfied with a reply, here is how to raise a complaint and what to expect.

Draft for the current prototype. A lawyer should review this text before public launch.

1.How to complain

Use the contact page and choose the topic "A complaint or grievance". Include your name, your email, what happened, when, and what outcome you would like. Mention any payment reference if it is about a purchase.

2.What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it, and reply with what we found and what we will do. We aim to reply within a few working days. Complex cases may take longer and we will tell you if so. Refund questions are decided under the refund policy.

3.Grievance officer

The name and contact details of NextPrep's designated grievance officer will be published on this page before public launch, as the law for online services in India expects. Until the legal entity is set up, complaints go through the contact page and are read by the founding team.

4.If you are still not satisfied

You can approach the consumer forum or the relevant authority under Indian law. For card or bank payment disputes, you can also raise the matter with your bank or card issuer, quoting the payment reference.
