Five questions. Five minutes. Done.

The hardest part of studying is starting. Quick practice removes every decision: press one button, answer five questions, read why each option is right or wrong, and your day has begun.

What makes it different

  • No setup at all

You do not choose a subject, a mode or a length. NextPrep picks questions you have not seen, leaning toward your weaker areas once it knows them.

  • Reasons, not just keys

Straight after each answer you see why the correct option is right and why each of the other three is wrong. That is where the learning happens.

  • Counts toward your streak

Five questions is enough to keep a streak alive. A short, regular habit beats a long session you dread.

How it works

4 steps, in order.

  1. 1

    Press start

From the dashboard or the Quick practice page, press Start. The set opens immediately with five questions.

  2. 2

    Answer and read

Choose an option and submit. The explanation opens at once, with the reasoning for every option. Add a note if something is worth remembering.

  3. 3

    Bookmark or report

Bookmark a question to find it later, or report a problem if something looks wrong. Both take one tap.

  4. 4

    See your set

At the end you get your score for the set and every explanation in one list. Retry the ones you missed, or start another five.

Honest limits

  • Quick practice picks from the original NextPrep question bank, which is still growing and does not cover everything that could appear.
  • Selection uses your attempts on this device. If you clear site data, it starts again from zero.
  • It is practice, not an examination simulation. For that, use the timed tests.

Common questions

What is quick practice?

A five-question set that starts with one button and no setup. You answer, read the reason for every option, and see your score for the set.

How long does it take?

About five minutes for five questions, depending on how closely you read the explanations. There is no timer.

How are the questions chosen?

NextPrep picks questions you have not seen yet and, once it knows your attempts, leans toward subjects where you are weaker. It uses the attempts stored on this device.

Does it count toward my free daily limit?

Yes. On the free plan, practice and quick-set questions share a limit of 20 a day. Paid terms have no daily limit.

Does it keep my streak going?

Yes. Answering questions on a day counts toward your streak, and five questions is enough.

Can I stop halfway and come back?

Yes. Your place is saved on this device, and the dashboard offers to resume where you stopped.

Can I choose a subject?

Quick practice is deliberately choice-free. For a subject or topic, use the practice screen, where you can filter by subject, unseen, missed or bookmarked questions.

Are explanations free?

Yes. Every explanation, with the reason for each option, is free for everyone.

Can I report a wrong question?

Yes. Use Report a problem under any question, and tell us more through the contact page if you want a reply.
